Rollin L. Miller, 94, of Coldwater, MI, passed away on April 20, 2017 at Grand Strand Medical Center in Myrtle Beach, SC.
He was born on April 9, 1923 in Kokomo, a son of the late Roy and Nettie (Mast) Miller. He spent his formative years in Lagrange county and graduated from Topeka High School in 1941.
Rollin served his country in the United States Army during World War II.
He was married to Leona Rhinesmith on November 23, 1941 in Topeka. She preceded him in death on June 4, 2000.
He is a retired truck driver working for Commercial of Ohio and TMX.
Rollin is survived by six children, Rollin Miller, Jr, Michael Richard (Kathy) Miller, Stephen (Sandy) Miller, Sandi (Jerry) Boren, Ronda Creech, Judy (Don) Hawver; two brothers, Gerald and Milton Miller; a sister, Deloris Weaver; 26 grandchildren, 55 great grandchildren, and 26 great great grandchildren.
He is preceded in addition to his parents and wife three sons, Jack Miller, Bruce Miller, and Terry Miller preceded him; a daughter, Lynette Miller; a brother, Richard Miller; two sisters, Waneta Christner and Gwenda Eash; a granddaughter, Karli Bryan; a grandson, Elija Swager; a great granddaughter, Addison.
Visiting hours will take place at Sheets & Childs Funeral Home on April 26, 2017 from 2:00 PM until 8:00 PM, calling also one hour prior to the service.
Services will begin at 11:00 AM, at Sheets & Childs Funeral Home on April 27, 2017.
Burial will follow at Christian Chapel Cemetery, Merriam.
