Monteal C. Lepper, 79, of LaOtto, passed away on January 7, 2021, at Banner Del Web Hospital in Sun City West, Arizona. \nBorn in Fort Wayne, IN, on August 9, 1941, to the late Raymond and Wanda (Curry) Lepper. Monteal graduated from Huntertown High School in 1959. He served in the U.S. Navy.\nMonteal married Judith Rauh in Corunna, IN, on February 8, 1964. The couple wintered in Arizona.\nHe was the president of Farmers and Merchants Bank in LaOtto for 9 years, retiring in 2006. Monteal was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church, Avilla. He was an expert fisherman.\nMonteal is survived by his wife of 57 years, Judith Lepper; three daughters, Tina (Curt) Hapner, Dawn (Gary) Reichhart and Terri Lepper; one son, Joseph (Robin) Lepper; six grandchildren, Courtney Lepper, Will Lepper, Tia Hapner, Jenna (Robert) Ricard, Roger Reichhart, Mary Reichhart; one great grandchild, Nora Ann Ricard. \nHe was preceded in death by one sister, Barbara DeMint.\n Funeral services will be Saturday, 11:00 a.m., January 16, 2021, at Sheets and Childs Funeral Home, 206 N.
