Li-Chuan Tang,51, a resident of Fort Wayne, IN, passed away on August 30, 2017 at Parkview Regional Medical Center.\nBorn on May 28, 1966 in Taiwan Republic of China. The youngest daughter of Cheng-Ping Tang and Sui-Li Tang Chang. She immigrated to the United States in 2004.\nWhile in Taiwan she studied design.\nShe was a CNA at Kingston Care in Fort Wayne for the last two years.\nShe loved her two boys and had a desire to learn. She had a great passion to help people. She was also a member of the Suburban Bethlehem Lutheran Church.\nLi-Chuan is survived by two sons, Isaiah Tsai and Jerimiah Tsai; her parents, Cheang-Ping Tang and Sui-Li Tang Chang; two sisters, Li-Mei Tang and Kuei-Mei (Dennis) Wenholz; a brother, Wei-Ta (Hui-Lien) Tang.\nVisiting hours will take place at Suburban Bethlehem Lutheran Church on Sunday, September 3, 2017 from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m.\nServices will begin at 3:00 PM, at Suburban Bethlehem Lutheran Church on September 3, 2017, with Pastors Bill Mueller and Alex Duff.\nBurial will follow at the Suburban Bethlehem Lutheran Cemetery.\nIn lieu of flowers please make donations to Suburban Bethlehem Lutheran School Tuition Assistance Fund.\nFamily and friends may sign the online guestbook or leave a personal note to the family at www.sheetsandchilds.com.
