Helen M. Clouse, 79, of Churubusco, passed away on July 3, 2021, at Ascension Living Sacred Heart Village in Avilla. \nBorn in Whitley County, on February 26, 1942, to the late Daniel and Lena (Crabill) Fulk. She spent her formative years in Whitley County, graduating from Churubusco High School in 1960.\nHelen was married to Terry Clouse in Noble County, on June 25, 1961. Together they raised their family on their farm in Green Township.\nShe was a devoted wife and mother. She was a passionate and talented seamstress and spent most of her free time making items for family and friends. In addition to raising her family, she also worked for Sacred Heart Nursing Home for many years and also at Smith-Green Community Schools.\nHelen was a devoted Christian and attended Christ Community Church.\nHelen is survived by her husband of 60 years, Terry Clouse; three sons, Michael (Jackie) Clouse, Bryan (Jennifer) Clouse and Steven (Sandy) Clouse; her brother, Dave (Cindy) Fulk; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.\nIn addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Jack Fulk.\nServices will take place at Sheets & Childs Funeral Home, Churubusco Chapel, on Friday, July 9, 2021, at 10:00 a.m., with calling one hour prior to the service.\n \nThe family will also receive friends on Thursday, July 8, 2021, from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m.\nBurial taking place at Christian Chapel Cemetery, Merriam.\nIn lieu of flowers, please direct memorials to Christ Community Church Building Fund.\nOnline Guestbook or leave a personal note to the family at www.sheetsandchilds.com.
