Ebey of Fort Wayne; two brothers Mason and Tre Ebey; maternal grandparents Elise Mandeville of Milford and Michael Mahan of MS; aunts and uncles Desiree Mahan of RI; Dana Mahan of MS; Matthew Mandeville of Albion and Adam Mahan of RI. Memorial Services will be Saturday October 27, 2018 at 5:00 pm at Sheets and Childs Funeral Home 206 N. Main Street Churubusco, IN 46723, with calling one hour prior to service.
